Student Opportunities Participant
Eric Klingberg is a B.S. student at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, in his senior year in the Global Environmental Science (GES) program, and pursuing the Sustainability Science track with an interest in fisheries management. He is apart of Dr. Jeffrey Drazen's Deep-Sea Fish Ecology Lab, studying size structures of bait-attending communities in the Clarion-Clipperton Zone (CCZ). He is eager to take part in this cruise as it so close to Hawaiʻi, and explores an exciting region featuring deep-sea mining implications.
