Zach is currently an undergraduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) majoring in Aerospace Engineering and minoring in Computer Science. Zach is particularly interested in the development of autonomous vehicles, especially autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). In the past, Zach has worked with the Slocum Glider as a summer student fellow at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), and Zach is excited to work with multiple AUVs, including the Slocum Glider, during his cruise on Falkor.
