Anameere Tennaba is a current undergraduate student at the Brigham Young University-Hawaii. I am from the beautiful island of Kiribati. She is majoring in Marine Biology, and minoring in Business Management tourism, and Pacific island Studies. Ms. Tennaba chose to major in Marine Biology to pursue my dream to become a Marine Biologist in the future. She loved doing research and studying different plant and animal species and environmental effects on them and many more. Ms. Tennaba said that living in a country that has the biggest ocean gives her the desire to study on marine biology. Being part of this expedition is a pleasure to learn new skills as part of her experience that will prepare her for her future career. She is excited to be part of the scientist team to see and experience in real life the things that marine biologist people do.
