Sienna Blanckensee is an undergraduate student at the University of Queensland, undertaking a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours). Majoring in geography and minoring in mathematics, her areas of interest are meteorology and oceanography. Currently, her research under Dr Helen Bostock focusses on the characteristics required for the formation of Antarctic Bottom Water. In the future, she hopes to continue working in oceanography, and research the complex links between the ocean and the atmosphere.
